Launched Sweat Wallet's Discord and Telegram, built a custom bot to run them, and led a 20+ person moderation team across 15+ languages.

The challenge
The Sweat Wallet launch brought a wave of users from all over the world, many of them new to crypto. They needed help in their own language, at any hour, without the chats being overrun by spam and scams.
The work
- 01Launched and structured Discord and Telegram, and grew the subreddit to 50K alongside them. Every channel had a clear purpose, so people knew where to go for help, news or a chat.
- 02Recruited, trained and led 20+ moderators covering 15+ languages, with translated FAQs and regular events to give members a reason to come back.
- 03Built a custom bot for moderation, member profiles, game matchmaking, issue tracking, translations and multisender payouts, so the team could spend its time on people.
The result
Discord grew from zero to 150K+ members, Telegram to 185K+ and Reddit to 50K. Members could get a real answer in their own language, at any hour, from people who understood the product.
